Asian Beach Games Installation

Maricer have completed an international project to manufacture and install service pedestals for the second Asian Beach Games to be held from 8^th to 16^th December 2010 in Muscat, Oman. A bespoke Shore Isolation Pedestal which closely follows the design and shape of the main service pedestals was installed along with Distribution Units and 21 combined electric and water service pedestals. A range of pontoon lights were also manufactured and installed again to closely resemble the style of the service pedestals. All pedestal diffusers included Light Emitting Diode illumination along with specialist access bridge lights with LED’s.

Maricer and SMART Metering

Maricer have recently completed the installation of a SMART Metering System at Priory Marina in Bedford operated by British Waterways Marinas Limited. The installation was completed utilising all the existing power cables at each berth.

115 No. existing pedestals were removed and returned to the client and the company installed 10 No. 1147mm Size 3 Pedestals at the head of each pontoon and a balance of 105 No. 847mm Size 3 pedestals at pairs of berths on each pontoon.
